(2) Rooms will be available to rent in Palisades home 10 minutes from town. 1 room is available immediately the other will be ready for rent on 4/1. Room dimentions are 12' x 12'. California King size beds are included. Rent of $500 is just for the room. Utilities (gas, cable, internet, electric, refuse service) will be split evenly by all room mates. Deposit of $375 per room and minimum 6 month rental agreement is required. Absolutely NO DRUGS! Smokers OK but they must do so outside. Parking is available in the driveway.
We are looking for persons who are a good fit to share our home. We will require references and will seek employment verification. Inquiries for the potential room mates will be taken via e-mail first and then interviews will be set up.
